Cloud Messenger is a cloud-based, free chat app.
When you sign in with your Google Account, you'll all be in the "User Lounge".
If you create a chat room by selecting the person you want to chat with, the chat room is added to "My Chat Room History".
When you select a chat room, you can chat with the people in your room in "The Current Chat Room".
It uses BaaS (Backend-as-a-Service), so it is stable, fast and secure.
